You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested. mpk365 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the information provided. Submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information will result in immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes generated for your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. mpk365 will never request your password via any communication channel, including email, live chat, telephone, or social media. Any activity carried out using your Account credentials is your sole responsibility unless you have formally reported unauthorised access to mpk365 support prior to the activity occurring.
mpk365 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (commonly referred to as KYC — Know Your Customer) at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal, following a large deposit, or at any point where the Platform suspects misuse. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and delay of withdrawal processing.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting mpk365 support. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules and remaining balances (subject to verification) will be returned to your registered payment method. mpk365 may close an Account at its discretion at any time, with or without prior notice, where these Terms have been breached or where mpk365 reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. mpk365 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made using payment methods not matching the Account holder's verified identity may be reversed and the associated Account suspended. mpk365 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into your Account, or to a payment method verified in your name during the KYC process. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
All balances, transactions, bets, and winnings on the mpk365 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). mpk365 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied by mpk365; however, any conversion charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside mpk365's control and are your responsibility.
mpk365 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other incentives to Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds awarded by mpk365 must be wagered a minimum number of times before any winnings generated from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited into your Account are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time (subject to verification), independent of any active bonus.
mpk365 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any pending withdrawals derived from a bonus, and suspend or close an Account where mpk365 determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. All sports bets placed on the mpk365 Platform are governed by the rules of the relevant sport and the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. In the event of ambiguity or technical error in the display of odds, mpk365 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. Settlement of bets is based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB for cricket; FIFA for football). Any dispute regarding settlement must be raised with mpk365 support within 72 hours of the event's conclusion.
